Ever since I was a little tyke who stumbled upon the boxcar children series, I’ve wanted to change that old ship, in the distance, into a kickass place for people to live. I think now, that it would really make an amzing luxury condo complex w/ a mix of subsidized low income housing. The views from it will be amazing and it could be the seed that leads to a rebirth of the columbus blvd strip development…k, I know that’s fantasy, but Philadelphia is one of the only cities I’ve ever seen be so neglectful of its prime water side real estate.
